In order to accommodate NHPR's expanded staff and the technical demands of producing content for NH Commons, State of Democracy and Outside In, we completed construction of the final 2,400 square feet of our 20,000 square foot facility. The newly finished space is now work and collaborative meeting space for our growing staff of “content makers” working on initiative teams.
For the next phase of the project, NHPR will fit-up two control rooms and one studio, designed and built in 2008 but left without equipment and unfurnished. As we increase production, add staff, and respond to new distribution opportunities, we plan to purchase the next generation of broadcast equipment for these technical spaces – both audio and video – meeting the technical and production expectations of current and future audiences.
